This accessory is very easy to sew. And he will find many applications. The roller can be used in the interior as a decorative element, as a protector against drafts or as a neck pillow.

For a decorative roller, any flaps of fabrics, both large and small, are suitable. From small patches you will get a patchwork-style product and will fit perfectly into the interior of a country house.

You will need:

✂ Flap of cotton fabric;

✂ sheet of paper;

✂ Compass;

✂ Ruler;

✂ Stationery scissors;

✂ Tailor scissors;

✂ Tailor's chalk;

✂ Needle and thread for sewing;

✂ Tailor pins;

✂ Any filler

How to make an "autumn" pillow application

Step 1

Using a compass, draw a circle on the sheet of paper with the diameter you need and cut it out.

Transfer the contours of the circle to the fabric and cut out two parts.

Step 2

Cut out the main part of the roller.

To do this, you must first calculate the circumference by multiplying the diameter of the circle by the number ¶ (pi).

In this workshop, the diameter of the circle is 14 cm. Accordingly, the circumference will be:

14 X 3.14 = 43.96 cm

The resulting value is the width of the main part.

Determine the length of the main part yourself.

In this master class, the length of the main part is 60 cm, in the finished form - 58 cm.

Step 3

Fold the main part along in half with the front side inward.

Chop off.

Stitch, leaving a small area open for eversion.

Step 4

Pin the round parts to the sides of the main part of the roller.

Sew it down.

Step 5

Turn the roller through an open area on the front side.

Step 6

Fill the roller with syntepuhe.

Determine the filling density of the roller at your discretion.

Step 7

Sew open area manually.

Done!
