Decorate dresses, blouses, pullovers with a plastron in the form of a bow or shuttlecock - and attention to you is guaranteed!

PEXCEPTIONAL FRAW

If you have a small chest, a three-tier platron shuttlecock will visually add the desired volume.

YOU WILL NEED Otkorotny collar from a man's shirt (with a rack); cotton fabric 50 x 50 cm. Threads for sewing. 1 red gimlet button.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK On a stand of a collar to unfasten a button. Tighten the lower sections of the rack to a width of 5 mm inward to each other. Edge to grind.

On the fabric, draw a circle diam. 50 cm. Cut the circle and cut into 4 identical parts, of which only 3 parts will be used. Use one part of the plastron of an existing size. Shorten the second part along the round edge by 6 cm, and the third part along the round edge by 12 cm.

Treat the plastron parts with a narrow hem or circle with a tight zigzag. At the corners of the details of the plastron lay 2 folds and stitch, the bends are directed to the side. Fold the details of the plastron (the smallest one is at the top), at the upper end, overcast a vertical buttonhole. Sew a button on the collar and fasten the plastron.

LONG LACE

Due to the elongated shape of this plastron, the upper part of the figure seems slimmer.

You will find a pattern of two collars at the beginning of the article next to the photo of the model.

YOU WILL NEED For the collar, nappa leather (or artificial leather) size.45 x 50 cm; patent leather (natural or artificial) size. 20 x 25 cm. For plastron cotton fabric size. 20 x 40 cm. Two different lace braids with scallops on one edge, 2 cm and 1.5 cm wide, each 70 cm long. Lace braid with scallops on both sides 1.5 cm wide, 35 cm long. Non-woven G 785. Textile glue. Sew on button. Threads for sewing. Cigarette paper.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK Copy the pattern detail; for this, fold the tissue paper and combine the fold with the dashed line. Cut and expand the part. Detail of the collar carved from nappa leather 2x. For the details of the patent leather collar, cut the paper pattern along the marked line. Cut a small collar 1x from patent leather.

Stick a small collar on the face inside out onto a large part, stitch the inner edge to the edge. Glue the large details of the collar inside out.

For plastron, cut the fabric into 2 strips 10 cm wide. Strengthen the strips with non-woven fabric, fold it face to face, round the lower end. Stitch long sections and the lower end to a width of 1.5 cm. Cut allowances close to the stitch. Unscrew the plastron, iron the edges.

Cut the lace braid into 2 equal parts. Paste a 2 cm wide tape over long edges so that the scallops protrude 5 mm. Tighten the lower ends of the tape, stitch the straight edges. Paste the narrower ribbon with scallops on the plastron so that the scallops are 5 mm wide on the already attached tape. Straighten the edges, while lowering the ends of the braid.

Stitch braid with scallops on both sides on the plastron in the middle.

Lay the upper end of the plastron under the collar and glue. On the collar, stitch the outer edges to the edge, grabbing the plastron. Fasten the back edges of the collar as shown.

EFFECTIVE BOW

The interesting shape and size of this bow blends perfectly with a buttoned blouse.

YOU WILL NEED Plate dia. 28 cm, sheet of paper A3, ruler, pencil, pins, scissors, fabric 140 cm wide, 45 cm long, sewing thread, twill tape, purely turned twill 2 cm wide, 80 cm long.

STEP 1 Circle the outline of the plate. Mark the center of the resulting circle. Draw a radius, extending it 12 cm beyond the circle. Draw a point and connect it with an arc with the circle.

To clean the parts of the bow, grind 2 parts face to face 3 mm wide, leave a hole for turning out in the seam. Corner allowances cut obliquely, make notches at the corners. Turn out the details, iron the edges. Sew a hole in the seam.

For the tape from the remains of the fabric, cut out a strip 9 cm long and 6 cm wide. Fold the strip along, stitch at a distance of 2 cm from the fold. Turn out the strip and iron it.

STEP 2 Cut 4 plastron parts from the fabric. Take 2 parts and clean them. Stitch the details along the midline, as indicated by the arrow.

STEP 3 Fold the parts, pick them up along the midline and grab them with a 9 cm long piece of fabric tape. Sew the ends of the tape.

Cut the twill tape into 2 identical parts. Wrap the upper corners of the plastron 2 cm on the wrong side and stitch it, grabbing along the twill tape.
